Pros and cons of Running Log app for iPhone and iPad

Running Log app good for

Everything you need to keep track of your runs. The new backup feature is a great idea. An idea for a future update would be a shoe mileage tracker.
I loved this app from the start! Useful, nice layout, and effective. However, There are no "Average and maximum heart rate" section where we could see the improvement. It could be good to have a graph illustrating it as well. Have you thought of adding a "live training session" in which we could set the time we would like to run or add the intervals we have to do? It could be useful to have a sound warning us to start the intervals and to stop them. Thank you again for your app!
Handy application to have for a comitted runner, and I would recoend getting it. Much easier to track your progress with this than an excel spreadsheet, and this is also for a mobile device.
I just upgraded from Running Log Free to the paid version. I really like it overall, but there is at least one thing that annoys me. I have about 5-7 usual routes that I run often. Its nice that I can name my routes, but it would be even better if I could save the distance with those routes. That way, when I select a specific route for my run, it would fill in the distance automatically. There is no reason I should have to enter the distance manually each time... its always going to be the same for a given route. That should be easy enough to do... unless there is a way to do this already and I havent figured it out. Also, in addition to my average pace, Id like for the summary to display my average speed. I know, I know... its an easy calculation, but then again the app should do it for me :-) The "export to email" function is great.
Used for almost a year now and am quite happy with it. tracks my progress, charts it, etc. would love to use it on an iPad in the bigger format.... Along with a feature to get the history over.
Finally I found what I was looking for! A great Running Log that doesnt require GPS.

Some bad moments

I HATE IT!!!!!!! You took a beautiful photo of an app and turned it into a crappy sheet of paper looking app, with exactly the same features. I want my money back! What made you think ANYONE would want this kind of a looking app? Did you actually get people saying, "uhm, I dont like the colourful app, can you tone it down and do something simple?"
When trying to enter a run duration of 2hrs 1 minute and 25 seconds using the new scrolling (H:M:S) format, this newest version spits out a duration of 3:21:25?? Very frustrating and am considering jumping ship to a different app should this issue not get resolved soon!
Old version was WAY better. Nice job fixing that which aint broke. Hate not seeing my monthly mileage on the first screen. Ive been using this for five years and now am considering NOT. weak sauce!!!
Old version better. Used to see more on calendar at a glance. Used to see monthly running total on calendar view. I see change but no improvement and actually a little worse than before. Better icon
Dont like they update. Data entry is clunky using the wheel. Liked keyboard entry better. Does a better job of displaying data. Overall, liked the older version better. Recommend more of the old interface with newer data display features.
Over all not to bad, but the workout That is logged its not added to the weekly, monthly and yearly totals. And Dont like the fact that you enter time in minutes, I have a race that could go 17 hours under the new format I couldnt enter the time. So I needs improvement already !!! Im not sure this get sent or not but I dont like inputting my workouts in minutes like I said I have a race longer than the time allowed to be in put, this needs to be fixed !!!! Other than that I like the app but wont rate it any higher until that gets fixed
