For anyone appreciates recording you own data and personal judgement on how workouts are going this is the app for you. I love its simplicity, space for description and the calendar that you want to fill with red running days. Put a robot out of a job and use this app. Strongly recommended.

Simple… concise… reliable… I have been using Running Log for many years. It’s become a mainstay with my running regiment. It is an excellent tool for adding your customized routes, converting the data into an Excel file, and keeping an accurate account of your running history. Backing up your data is a breeze and it’s easily transferable to another device.

Very nice...sometimes a little Difficult to navigate... would like to see more places to put bike and swim other than just in comments..maybe a page with directions too? And an easy way to print out a log of what I’ve done in the last few years? Thank you Dave

Have been using this app for almost a decade now along with another well known GPS tracking app for running. I would pick this app over any other because of how easy and clean it is to export my data to a txt file so I can keep it backed up forever. Most times, simple is better.

I love this easy to use Running Log and have enjoyed reviewing my mileage using weeks, months, years, and “lifetime!.” It’s an excellent record and is independent of other tech I use that connect to my watch. I find it has been beneficial to have this back up. Love it!
The new app is ok, the old one was better and easier to read overall. Might look for something else
Wish there were more runners options like HIIT and VIIT (variable intensity, interval, training) for those that don’t know. Otherwise, it’s awesome and a vital part of my training.

Love being able to see all of my data for the last 13 years. Wish I was able to put in metrics for other sports. This app also used to count test days but I can’t find that feature anymore. Otherwise, love it.
Have been using for years. Easy to use and back up is easy Have noticed that totals for week don’t seem to add up correct other than that the log is excellent

It is a great simple app
This app is great for tracking my activity and progress. I love that it calculates pace.
As far as running tracking apps go, this is one of the best. I can track my trends, my pace, my mileage, and my length of runs in time. I can also sort by month, week, or year. I also really like the calendar so I can easily see what days I’ve run and what days I rest.
Works as intended as far as it goes. The graphs of distance, time and pace are helpful to see progress over varying periods of time. A nice addition would be a place to record body weight (with graph) as well as PR at different distances and race results. I would pay a small premium for that.
Over all not to bad, but the workout That is logged it's not added to the weekly,monthly and yearly totals. And Don't like the fact that you enter time in minutes, I have a race that could go 17 hours under the new format I couldn't enter the time. So I needs improvement already !!! I'm not sure this get sent or not but I don't like inputting my workouts in minutes like I said I have a race longer than the time allowed to be in put, this needs to be fixed !!!! Other than that I like the app but won't rate it any higher until that gets fixed

Love this tracker. except my Sunday runs are counted twice if I look at each week separately. Please fix the weekly view to reflect Monday to Saturday.

Graphs are all messed up on an iPhone SE gen 2, half of the graph cuts off and is just in general formatted poorly. Been using this app since 2013, would like to keep using it but it is updated so infrequently that it often falls behind.

This is good to take a look at what you’ve done for prior workouts. I do use it for a quick review and try to fit in various workouts if I need to.

I’ve been tracking my runs and walks with this log for many years. It’s simple and has never crashed. There’s features I don’t use but for those I do use, it’s perfect.

I’ve always like the app but the latest changes don’t seem to fit my iPad well. Too small and “Spartan.”
I’ve used running log for years and love it. Especially as a free app. I like the calendar view - it is great to see all the days filled in! I would love to add color coding for the calendar, the ability to asterick or otherwise mark days on calendar view, and additional activities added to the list like “cross training” so you can keep all your workout tracking in one place.
